Hi,
Since some weeks, one client under MAC OS using client Mail got problem of synchronization.
Mail is blocking on : Moving mail 0 of 1030
On the server side, we got those logs in /opt/zimbra/log/ews.log

I see the same kind of error on multiple items for 1 user on Outlook for Mac.
How can I resolve this?
The Zimbra mailbox.log and ews.log are getting so big as to filling the disk.
We are using Zimbra 8.8.15 p30 with latest security patches.
mailbox.log shows multiple of these "ErrorGetItem: Error executing operation getItem.no such item"

Got a fix from Zimbra Support:
These messages are EWS outbound soap requests.This issue resulted into a bug ZBUG-1769. Follow below to suppress 'Outbound Message' logging
1) Backup /opt/zimbra/conf/log4j.properties.in
2) Add below 3 lines at the end of /opt/zimbra/conf/log4j.properties.in
log4j.appender.LOGFILE.filter.01=org.apache.log4j.varia.StringMatchFilter
log4j.appender.LOGFILE.filter.01.StringToMatch=Outbound Message
log4j.appender.LOGFILE.filter.01.AcceptOnMatch=false
3) Restart mailbox services.
zmmailboxdctl restart

When is this problem going to be fixed? Your response was on the 17th of February 2022 and today is the 14 of June 2022. I have a similar problem with a client. The company I work for is an ISP running Zimbra Network Edition. All clients who have Windows PCs don't face this problem. I have tried running updates on the sever but no change.
