ical syncing

I am looking at simple online booking system for my wife's business. The only hiccup is that it outputs a ical file with no caldav support. Meaning it's read only. The plugin is birchpress.

She runs zimbra for her messaging system. It can manually cinema hd import or add the ical as a read only calender.

If I can find a program/plugin that supports syncing ical to caldav then I think we can use this booking system. I want to avoid using Gmail like services to do this.
