I use zimbra Desktop (7.3.1) on my PC, recently it is not working and i get the pop up window with message "Zimbra desktop is unable to synchronize data from XXXX@xxx.com .Re-enter the password and click save to re-authenticate the account" but even if i enter the password i get the same message and i am not getting my emails...pls help
Zimbra Desktop has been abandoned and no longer supported, I'd suggest you find a better mail client.
Verify the password or the account is been locked.
i can login using the web client with the same password...
Can you suggest any alternate desktop/offline client for Zimbra mail
