Yes, I have followed the thread here http://www.zimbra.com/forums/administra ... ove-2.html and disabled the feature on the server. Still on the desktop client.

Are you using single-mailbox view or multi-mailbox view? If it's multi-mailbox view then this is a known issue. It's the no. 6 known issue in the desktop wiki page.
If this is in a single-mailbox view, then it's a bug. Thanks!
