I can see tags.. but i cant apply tags to message. any one has this issue ?

By "apply tags", do you mean via drag-n-drop? If so, this is a known issue which has been fixed (not made available yet). A workaround is to use the tag toolbar button.

i cant get access to the TAG option in the tool bar in it.. its like greyed out a little..
any other ideas ???
when is another major release is coming out/??

How about right clicking on a message? There should be an option to tag in the popup menu.
Not sure when a newer version will be out.. What version are you currently running?

on some messages when i right click the TAG option is greyed out and others i get the TAG option .. but i can't apply or add a TAG for it comes up blank or the items come up Greyed.
i am using FOSS 5.02 and Zimbra desktop 1083..
i hope there is a fix for this..

Same thing here with 5.0.2 and build 1083. Tags work on drag and dop to the tag list but no option to right mouse and apply or apply from the dropdown on the menu.

Got it: Bug 25133 - offline: Tag toolbar/right click menu always remains disabled
Next version of zdesktop should have this fix. Thx!
