Zimbra Desktop

Hi,
I'm using Zimbra Desktop (7.2.2).

I've the following problems:
1) UI-Font to small

Yes, I can use Ctrl+ to increase the font size, but how can I increase the default font size that I don't need to do this?
2) dictionary

I tried to install a german dic - did not work and I can't find any additional info.
3)how can I configure the colomn widths of the Incomming folder (or all folders)?
can anyone help me out?
I've read somewhere, that ZDT is running out - what will be used in future to be able to edit/handle messages offline?
