Does anyone knows how to fix it? I can't find the solution to this problem anywhere.

It's happening exactly with me.
I was receivin just: "Service logger stopped on" messages then i saw the memcached service stopped and I've started it, so after it I'm receiving both:

Service logger stopped on
and
Service memcached started on
messages

as said by fragility, the times are the same for all messages:
Jan 14 03:26:50 mx zmconfigd[26659] for logger and
Jan 14 16:11:37 mx zmconfigd[17377] for memcached

I Gzipped the /var/log/zimbra.log and I sent a test message just to see if a new log is generated, but don't, then I reversed the gzip.
It just appeaers to be fixed.
No more messages on the last hour. I received 18 sets on 4 hours period before the fix.
I'll post if something changes.

NOT fixed.
When the logs cycle, it starts send messages for all services.
Now is repeating a lot more.

Any one could help fixing it.

It appears when are messages arriving, these notifications stops. "Empty mind is the Devil workshop". Zimbra has nothing to do and starts nitpicking.

After all tries to fix it, I decided to reinstall Zimbra expecting it will not fix it, but appears to solve the issue.

NOT YET, the problem persist.

Fixed since 13 hours ago.

At 19:20 I mv zimbra.log and zimbra-stats.log and rebooted the machine. Doing that, 2 new logs were generated with root permissions.
Then I chown both for zimbra:zimbra
After all above I've received yet, duplicated alerts on:
2021.01.16, 20:14,
2021.01.16, 21:28,
and I've started logger (zmlogswatchctl start) it was stopped due to wrong owner permissions, at
2021.01.16, 21:39
and still receiving duplicated alerts on:
2021.01.16, 22:11,
2021.01.16, 23:15,
2021.01.16, 23:22,
2021.01.16, 23:36,
2021.01.16, 23:50.
Then, as magic, after the logs rotation, all has been fixed.

I Hope it helps.

BUT ON NEXT ROTATION ALL STARTS AGAIN.

NEVER, nobody will fix it. I have this problem from years with all versions of Zimbra.

I'll stop logger to see if it stops and let it stopped.

If an angel tell you hpw to fix it, please let me know.

IT IS A NEVER FIXED BUG. I receive more than 200 messages on the last 3 hours.

Believe or Not, I was very happy with Logger Service stopped without receiving False Positives of Zimbra services.
Today I checked all services to make sure if on the log rotation, the logger was still stopped and for my surprise, it is running and not sending repeated logs.
Just for God.

I hope it can trully helps somebody.
