Having recently upgraded an open source version of Zimbra to the NE, I have noticed that when doing searches, that only items before this upgrade are returned. I know that indexing is better in the NE edition than the open source version (much faster for a start), but why has indexing stopped?
I found a script that goes through each mailbox doing re-indexing but this still has not fixed the problem (although slightly better). I only use web mail and it is very frustrating finding that emails that I know are there are not being found in searches.
Can anyone help me to diagnose this problem?
