tranfering desktop clinet settings to new hard drive

I had a hard drive fail, but was able to copy the Zimbra and zimbra-desktop folders located under \users\username\appdata\local. I setup a new hard drive and installed Zimbra Desktop. I copied over the information retrieved from the old hard drive. Now the desktop client just sits on the logo screen when you try to open it. How can I get the users local folders information into the new Zimbra desktop installation?
