About year ago I got some information about plans for new version 8.x (viewtopic.php?f=46&t=61573). Any news about new version, plans, BETA etc?

I confess to being quite disappointed with Zimbra and their support of zdesktop. They lurch from some activity to complete radio silence. Look at the last time someone responded in these forums. I too would like to know what their plans are. Why keep us users in the dark? If you want to abandon the product or slow roll it be up front and say so.
