new message autocomplete address not showing all

Hi, in zimbra desktop I noticed that not all addresses from GAL are shown in autocomplete when I write a new message.
In zimbra web client it works.
For example, digiting "lom" zimbra desktop shows 3 contacts, web client 9.
Does anyone have the same problem?
How to debug it?
