share email address with other office collaborators

office scenery: one email info@company.com configured on 4 workstations.
4 workstations with email configuration info@company.com (all receive emails and send them), but if a 1 workstation send a reply at message Is it possible to see the answer from another workstation (2)?
Every time you have to go to the workstation 1 to read the answer.......the exact configuration which is it?
share this email? so that everyone sees the answer sent to a customer from their workstation
