0x800ccc0f Error - Outlook & All Mail Clients

Hi Guys,

I've serious trouble with Zimbra Server :?: (Release 8.8.15_GA_3953.RHEL8_64_20200629025823 RHEL8_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P16.), everything work normally after 1 or 2 days some user account doesn't sync and show this error "0x800ccc0f Outlook" (I tested all mail clients act like this) in this time I was started to troubleshoot the problem. In this case, outgoing SMTP works well, and inbound IMAP & POP3 do not sync but webmail received emails and it works well. When I reboot or restart Zimbra services everything work well so how can solve this problem? :? :? :?
