Profile picture with wrong resolution (Modern UI)

I just discovered that profile pictures are currently displayed in low resolution.
if i go to "Change profile picture" setting and upload an image (for example 1200 x 1200) when i try to visualize it from email's span, it's every time faded.
I have tried with all resolutions and image formats but it always loads in low resolution.

I tried to find a solution to understand how to change this value from the admin panel but I didn't find anything.

Anyone know how to fix?
