Duplicate emails appearing in Inbox

If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.

It's been 6 years.
The problem is not solved. Developers do not consider this a problem? :)

That's hardly surprising, you do know ZD has been discontinued don't you?

Looks to me like you have it in conversation view and sent from your test account this email to the same test account?

Change to "View by Message" instead of "conversation view".

Conversation view makes the threaded view including sent item showing in the inbox as part of the "conversation", its not a duplication if you sent it to yourself, never been a issue for my tests.
