It happens to me that on a server with centos 7 and the Opensource version of zimbra 8.8.12 an email account (it only happens with a single mailbox) when entering via the web shows the blank screen.
I already tried reindexing the account and it did not work
I am trying to delete it and recreate it with one command and executing the command
zmprov gives firstname.lastname@example.org
Show this error ..
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: fetching folder data for mailbox 122)
Can someone give me a hand please ??
If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.
