sometimes some users using pop3 (generally with outlook) receive a "password error" , but the password is ok because using imap or webmail works... the only solution I've found is to restart zimbra with "zmcontrol restart" and for a while everything works well, but after some days I get the same problem another time.
version 8.8.15a on a redhat server
If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.
