Error on creating new account

If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.

Error on creating new account

I downloaded Zimbra Desktop for the first time today, and was trying to setup my email account. However, I keep getting the following message then I click on "save settings." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
