If Zimbra Desktop had a sync failure, it may have told you to post your error in this section.

Hello,

I have Zimbra Desktop setup using IMAP. I have the box ticked to save sent mail in Sent folder from the Composing tab. It is not saving it anywhere. I checked my Webmail Sent folder with the provider and it is not there either. If I send with Thunderbird, it does show up in the Sent folder and syncs with Zimbra. I also have a POP account set up and have the same problem.

I just noticed my Zimbra Trash isn't syncing with the provider.

so if you right click on Trash, do you see an option to turn on "sync"?

Yes I do see it and it is on. I toggled it both ways to see if it would make a difference and it does not.

which server is this? IMAP doesn't have standard naming for folders other than Inbox, so for known services we have a preset mapping. Maybe on your server Trash is called something else, like "Deleted Items"?

I am using 1and1 and they actually have both names in there, Trash and Deleted Items. Thunderbird goes to Trash and shows.
