can't get jni_createjavavm

Please help, I install zimbra desktop on OS win 10 Pro 32/64 bit successfully but when I open the application I get message can't get jni_createjavavm, is there anyone get same problem?

Use jre-8u231! A newer version of jre seems to not work with ZD! :cry:
