Tried to upgrade (w10) or install 7.3.1 x64 (Windows 7) wo success.
Upgrade (from an admin account) is throwing this message (same on another pc w7 during fresh install):
Trying repair from cli with admin rights:
Going through wo error.
Launching usual with GUI ok.
Uninstall 7.2.7 on Windows 10 and cleaning (folders, registry).
Usual reinstall on Windows 10 ok.
First Sync ok.
Re launching ok.
Will see what's going on with w7 later.
