Hi all,

i have a zimbra 8 server where webmail works but outlook does not.

outlook basically times out with a sync error:
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for this@email reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for this@email. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

ive checked the proxy, seems ok.

i'm at my wits end as to why mobile and web clients can send and receive mail but outlook cannot. if anyone has an idea about this im listening acutely :-)

You put no detailed information about your server version and the way you configured the email in Outlook.
You might need to install the Zimbra Outlook connector from that page: ... r-outlook/
