HI,
I USED ZDESKTOP FOR A FEW MONTHS AND UPGRADED YESTERDAY MY WINDOWS TO THE 64 BIT VERSION. DOWNLOADED THE LATEST ZDESKTOP VERSION (7.1.4) AND INSTALLED IT. WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT I GET THE ERROR THAT IT CANNOT CONNECT TO THE ZIMBRA SERVER AND LATER THAT A VERSION IS ALREADY RUNNING. SAME AFTER RE-INSTALL. HERE IS A SCREENSHOT
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN? I LOOKED FOR ERROR FILES AND FOUND THESE TWO - MAYBE THEY HELP SOMEONE HELP ME.
THANKS A LOT!

Win7 upgrade to 64 bit - ZDesktop won't open
In case anyone stumbles over this thread. It was solved, because
1) I registered for and added it as a bug
2) the problem was that when I installed the new windows the user I created had an 'ampersand' in the name. ZD does not like that and will not start. I created a 2nd user without special character and now ZD works again
