7.1.2 Prism error.

Hello!
I recently had an end-user experience a strange problem.
She has Zimbra Desktop on Mac OS X 10.6.8, and after the installation, it will not open.
The initial window will pop up, and will eventually not respond. Then an error window will come up saying there is an issue with this file:
/Macintosh HD/Applications/Zimbra Desktop/macos/prism/Contents/modules/WebAppProperties.jsm
Any ideas?
