Ihave uninstalled and reinstalled Desktop about 4 times. NADA

I admit I am not a techie.
I used to use Zimbra Desktop months ago and it did exactly what I wanted. Then it busted itself. Or someone did that to me.
I have tried repairing it, replacing it, removing it and I still cannot get it to work.
It downloads fine. It just won't open.
SO ... thank you VM for once having a good product I liked. I will someday find another program that does what this one did. I'll find something in the interim.

Is this a Windows / Mac / Linux machine?

Do you get an error message, especially the first time you open Zimbra?
