Hi
Installed Zimbra ok in Mint 18.3 but no desktop short cut created how do i do this?
only way I can start is at command prompt with /opt/zimbra/zdesktop/linux/zdrun.pl

Two Options

Desktop Launcher - Right click blank space on the desktop
Menu Item - Right Click the Menu Icon > Configure > Menu Tab > Open the Menu Editor > Open a Menu & Choose New Item
OR Click Menu > Prefs > Cinnamon Menu Edtior

In both cases you get the same dialog, fill it in with something like this :-
Name - Zimbra Desktop
Command "/opt/zimbra/zdesktop/linux/zdrun.pl" { or wherever you installed the Program }
Click on Rocket Icon - Icon - /opt/zimbra/zdesktop/img/Launcher_64x64.png
