Zimbra 8.8.10 Latvian translation

Hi,
I'm translating Zimbra to Latvian, but changes in ZmMsg_lv.properties don't show after Jetty restart.
Things like Latvian localization for dates and Preferences->Shortcuts changed.
What can be wrong? Translation files attached
