No route to host

Hola que tal buen día, tengo una instalacion de Zimbra 8.6 que funcionaba bien hasta la semana pasada cuando dejaron de salir correos y en los logs me aparece lo siguiente
(connect to alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[64.233.186.27]:25: No route to host)
saben que podría ser?
Buscando encontre que el ISP (telmex) podría estar bloqueando el trafico, hable con ellos y me dicen que ellos no cierran puertos, es una ip dedicada.
