loading zimbra on my att galaxy s3

I previously had my IT guy load zimbra on my galaxy s3.

By accident I deleted the account and have been trying to get it relinked up and do not know what I am doing wrong.

Can some one give this NON-Technical girl step by step instructions on how to get it accomplished?
I have tried the IMAP and can get to the outgoing server and it always tells me that it cant connect.
I have tried the exchange account and cant get it to work either.
I sound like I am totally dumb...but I just don't know why it isn't working.

I have compared it to my co-workers settings on their Iphone and it still isn't working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
