Mackbook Air adding an Internet Account (Exchange)
Hi HHazot,
Could you please run a zmcontrol - v in your server with zimbra user? And please paste us the result.
Are you using also the Mail.app? I remember that Zimbra 8.5.1 had some problems syncing the Mailbox with Mail.app, and it was solved in 8.6, but you need to have a Network Edition, and I'm not sure if also you need EWS licenses, let me check, but until then please paste us your zmcontrol -v.
Best regards

Hi HHazot,
Sync Mail.app, calendar, etc, using the Exchange option uses a EWS license, could you please launch the command
zmlicense -p
And take a look if in your license you have the next command:
EwsAccountsLimit=NUMBEROFACCOUNTS
Could you please tell us how many EWS accounts do you have? Also, Zimbra 8.5.1 fixes a lot of issues with EWS, and 8.6 much more also. So, my recommendation as you have a Network Edition, fill a case and wait for the Technical Support answer. You can open a Ticket here - http://support.zimbra.com/

Hi HHazot,
Then you can't configure Mail.app like Exchange, neither Outlook for Mac, or Outlook for Windows using EAS.
Contact with Technical Support in case that you have any doubt, or with sales@zimbra.com

Hey All,
Thanks, i was able to fix the issue without the EWS license via IMAP connection and it ok for now.
Our IT guy also updated the ZImbra server to the latest version.
