403 error on Zimbra's new Touch interface.

I recently updated from ZCS 8.0.6 to 8.6.0P3. Now all of my users, when attempting to hit webmail via their mobile browser, get a 403 forbidden on /zimbra/t. If i hit /zimbra/m directly, they get the old mobile interface. I cant seem to turn off touch, nor get this 403 error out of the way.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Yes, i have a zimbra ticket open on this, just trying to explore other avenues.

I found the issue. It was related to an old /opt/zimbra/jetty/etc/zimbra.web.xml.in, this was in place due to our CAS mods. The file didnt get properly updated with our 8.6 upgrade, and the welcome page for touch was missing (along with a few other things).
