No "invitees" field for calendars other than default on iOS devices using ActiveSync

Hi all,
Several of my colleagues have noticed the following on their iOS devices when connected via ActiveSync: The "invitees" field isn't available for any other calendar aside from the default calendar. We're currently on 8.0.7 and we've also been able to replicate this on version 8.6 patch 6.
If anyone can shed some light as to why this could be happening, or whether this really should be expected behaviour, it'd be much appreciated.
