It works fine for me on my mobile (via the browser) or on a workstation using FF 59 or Waterfox 56. Which browser are you using and is it on a workstation or your mobile and which browser?
Regards

Bill

It seems likely to be a character set problem to me but as I'm not a developer I can't give you any solution. Is the language on your mobile non-English? If it is could you try English and see if that makes a difference and you could always try a different browser, you could always raise a support case if you're an NE user.

There a few threads here related to 8.8.8 upgrade issues. To the best of my recollection, for this issue, emptying the Jetty work directory solved the issue.

/opt/zimbra/jetty/work/ is the directory you want empty.

You also want to make sure you've applied the latest Patch (2 at this writing), and if running Network Edition, run updates both before and after installing Patch 2. See the Release notes for the explanation regarding the new repo that Patch 2 creates.

Hope that helps,
Mark

Hi Mark
It's not since you add the packages of Zextras that you have compatibility errors?

To my recollection the need to empty the the jetty work directory arises during an upgrade where the upgrade fails to empty the directory.

At least in my case it had nothing to do with the Zextras components themselves.

All the best,
Mark
