Hi all,

We installed centos 7 (1708) and zimbra zcs-8.7.11_GA_1854.RHEL7_64
Some days ago zextras_chat_open zimlet had stopped working.
If any user login web-interface chat pop-up does not appear and on server netstat -n shows the port 5222 not listening.
We tried off/on zimlet with no success.

Any idea? How to get it work again?

Hi people!

I found the bug!

If I disable Preference menu in CoS so chat zimlet also disabled for that CoS users!!!
Enable it and everything works again.
