After upgrading from version 8.7.11 to 8.8.2, I cannot access a domain webmail anymore but can still the zimbra admin UI, Upgrade did not have any issues. I'm using zcs-8.8.2_GA_1822.RHEL7_64.20170809063438. I'm just trying this on a vanilla build, using all defaults, self signed certs, etc.

Ie. the value of zmhostname doesn't match what you have in your Host header and you don't have zimbraVirtualHostname set on the domain.
