Are we planning to restore the zimbra forums?

There's a walth of information on the zimbra forums.
Did I miss the migration to this format?
I'm a paying NE customer and have been for a decade.
I'm not one to complain but where's my support?

I have questions unanswered on the old forum. I also need to backup about three feet to read the new forum.

I hate to complain but if we are marketing collaboration software that's great. .

You should however, offer the old forum as a resource on the interim to assist us in our duties.

It will take years to re-populate the data and build the knowledge.

AHHHH! Make it stop. Why are all the CSS windows popping up? I just want solutions, not the facebook experience. Please, ASCCI text and no ajax. If the new web client is going to be like this, we may have made a mistake with Zimbra.

Agreed. The software needs to be supported in a professional manner.. not a mickey mouse / facebook / #tweet land

I need help... and I can't get to the zimbra forums and my clients are unhappy with my inability to find them answers they need.

This is terrible... and I've been a NA partner for a decade and we've been through some changes, but none this bad. I can't make tickets with support for every little thing that I used to be able to just search the forums for.

Zimbra forums.. PLEASE.

Yep.. I'm in middle of a migration from 32 bit to 64bit for a financial client that cannot be down for any length of time.. this isn't inspiring confidence in me. It really helps to have access to the forum to find how others have addressed the problems I will certainly encounter.

I'd highly recommend the zextra suite.. I migrated a fairly large server recently with much success using their product.

But YES I agree!! the forums are a wealth of information and we simply need them.

I feel that I'm running an unsupported product right now.
