Nice to read that, but I really wonder where to get the JP source.

It's currently the "main-foss" branch.

Hi, thanks Zimbra for relicensing, even if a bit late in the day! I was really excited when Zimbra first came out way back when as it was so much more than the sum of it's then fragmented parts, and pulled everything together into a really cool package. But the licensing and (back then) lack of apparent interest towards any kind of open participation meant it never built any kind of development community, so I lost interest. And I've kept an eye on it over the years and tried it out every now and then but it just seemed to stagnate and not really go anywhere, passed from company to company. When I saw it was sold to a company I never heard of, Telligent, I thought it was curtains for it, but actually it seems to have given it a new breath of life.
With the new licensing, and adding vital things for the future like active-active clustering (which is really exciting for cloud possibilities), the future actually looks brighter than ever. I even registered and wrote this post after some 10+ years of lurking Best of luck, hope you can build up a community and people like me can start to contribute in any way we can.

Now we just need to get the codebase in a clean state where it at least builds reliably. (well, already done that in the open-zimbra project)
