We have been attempting the change the logos shown on the login page and inside the collaboration suite web client in the upper left hand corner. We have had little success with this. Right now, most users see the main login page logo, however only one or two people see the upper left hand logo.
AppBanner.png and LoginBanner.png have been put into:
/opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/skins/_base/logos
Zimbra services have been restarted with:
zmcontrol stop && zmcontrol start
We have tried clearing the cache on each machine with no success. One person has been fully changed, however the majority will not change the upper left hand logo once logged in.

[SOLVED] customization of logo themes on server
It has since started working after rebooting the server, however slowly on most machines. The other major issue we had was on a lab full of mac mini machines that are loaded with a clean user folder on every login, the logo won't change. So we'll have to manually update the clean user folder with updated cache settings.
