ActiveSync in Zimbra Standard and Starter

I am trying to make sense of this table here: Zimbra - Compare Products

The row Windows Mobile and other smartphone Contact, Calendar, Task sync seems to indicate that ActiveSync in Standard and Starter would work for Email but not for Contacts Calendar and Tasks.

Could somebody please confirm that this really is the case? Also, what version of ActiveSync is there is Zimbra Mobile 7.1?
