SPF has nothing to do with a sending server as such. Its an entry held against the domain (typically as a TXT entry in DNS) which tells the world a list of genuine servers that might send out email for that domain.
Whats more annoying is that this morning I spotted an email from my own email address to myself (ie the "from" and "to" headers were the same)

I have SPF plus DKIM and DomainKeys setup for my domain. How is this "not spam" ??!! Where are the SPF or DKIM tests ??!!
I'll re-iterate, over 15 years I've become quite fed up with integrated AV/AS solutions, they all seem to be quite naff. Use something external that works.
