Admins cant view mail anymore

Fresh install or upgrade?
Obviously several people here are having the issue, so we are trying to figure it out. The speed at which filing a bug report gets resolved on open source editions has been less than impressive in the past, which is why people are trying to solve this without going through that channel.

But for paperwork purposes I have filed Bug 77477 – View Mail missing from open source upgrade .. if anyone having this issue can update and vote for that bug and let Zimbra note.

I have a bunch of open source test machines here and the one I thought was a clean install was, in fact, an 'upgrade' of an NE install - that had the View Mail button a clean OSS install that I've just tested does not have that button. Sorry about the error and my confusion..

I have this bug too. After upgrade from 7.2.1 to 8.0 view mail ability is missing. I voted for Bug 77477 - View Mail missing from open source upgrade

Can't login into bugzilla due "software errors" - would also vote for this mistake.
Suggested here zimlet works, but causes strange transient error.
