I send emails to customers and get the following error message

Please let me know what error, and how to fix it :


This is the mail system at host zimbra05.sso.vn.

The recipient's mailserver won't allow yours to transfer mail ["Denied by policy"].
Maybe your mailserver IP address is on a spam blacklist, although most mailservers will specify that in the rejection message and tell you which blacklist.
Maybe you need to provide reverse name lookup -- some mailservers require that when they look up your mailserver's IP address, it resolves to the name that your mailserver says it has.
I suggest you contact the administrator of sg-s-mailf03.sg.abb.com and try to get the problem resolved.
