Zimbra skin folder color and calendar item colors

Hi
I am creating a zimbra theme for my company.
I have change item select color, background color, logo, etc... all ok.
I want change two things i didn't find how.
1.- Change folder color (inbox, sent items, etc...) I want to change this color, default grey color is awful.

2.- I would like calendar item didn't have the color gradient, i would like was a flat color.
Anyone know how to change that ??
