Networks Zimbra issue

Hi guys i've installed Zimbra 7.0 in a network 192.168.1.3 . All computers in that network (192.168.1.x) can access OK to the Zimbra web intercace.
We have other network 192.168.2.x, but computers in that network cannot acces to the Zimbra server.
Gateway exists, is working good for others servers, and ping to 192.168.1.3 is OK (from 192.168.2.x network), so I think is some configuration (httpd.conf? firewall ?? )
Where to search for that solution?

Not sure if this is your issue or not, but in general you should not be running any firewall on the Zimbra server. I'd double-check that first.

OK, iptables is stopped, as you said firewall is not running.
Has Zimbra any built in firewall ??

No, Zimbra has no built-in firewall. The recommended method is to place your Zimbra server in your LAN or possibly DMZ. Then you would forward ports, where necessary, from your Internet facing firewall to your Zimbra server. Not saying you can't run iptables on your Zimbra server, but I think you will find it more difficult to get things up and running with it running than not.

Firewall has never been up in the server so, is not causing the issue.
I dont know what else to review

Sorry, I misread your last post. I thought you were saying iptables was running, but you stopped it. Unless I am totally drawing a blank here, I can't think of any configuration changes you would need to make in order to access Zimbra from another network. What is your "gateway"? Is it running any software that might be blocking ports? What about on the end-user systems? Are you trying to access the Zimbra web-client?

Yes, clients access to the web-client interface. http://192.168.1.3 . If I configure Thunderbird (not port 80) the other network (192.168.2.x) can access to emails.
The Gateway is a MPLS endpoint, it has not any port restriction. I can access to others webservers in both LANs.
Could be the httpd.conf ?? I mean in the tag "Directory" .. Allow from all .. Actually in the server i can find 3 httpd.conf files, which is the one used by Zimbra??

You shouldn't have to edit any system files by hand to get this to work. Are you configured for standard (http) or secure (https) access? Do you have DNS properly configured? I notice you are trying to access via an IP address.

Is configured as standar (port 80, http) and clients been configured with LAN IP.
Which administrative tool can I use for test or change that (http-https) ?

So, when you say clients have been configured with LAN IP does this mean DNS is not working properly in the 192.168.2.x LAN? In other words, can you ping and/or otherwise connect to your Zimbra server from the 192.168.2.x LAN via the FQDN of the Zimbra server? If not, then I'm not saying this is definitely the cause of your problems, but certainly something to look at and address. Getting DNS working properly is one of the most important prerequisite steps for installing and running Zimbra.
