Zimbra iCal Location

Hey Guys,

It's been a few years...
I know I can invite a resource to a meeting, but is there a way to have iCal sync the location field properly?
ZCS 7.1.4

Lion (and SL, but the upgrades have started)

It should "just work" if you have SL or Lion, and a recent ZCS. You start typing the location name into the location field in the meeting in iCal, and it autocompletes. When you save the meeting, an invite is sent to the location.
Except...you might have a look at Bug 66406 – [iCal 5.0.1] autocomplete not working in iCal 5. There's a bug in Lion that affects autocompletion, but there's a workaround.

Nice! It works on 10.6...sadly we're moving to 10.7.3 (iCal 5.0.2) which still has this issue. Dang.

It works fine if you apply the workaround at the server. It's easy.

Looks good. Workaround seems simple, where do I apply it? MTA/Proxy server or directly on each mailbox system?

That I can't say--I have a single server system.
On a guess I'd say it must go on the mailbox servers, or on whatever server is directly pointed to by iCal's CalDAV config.
You might inquire further in a comment under the bug itself.
