anyone knows how to syn calendar between thunderbird and zimbra and viceversa, zindus plugin just syn contacts. Any advice about it.

You should the lightening extension to sync Zimbra calendars with thunderbird.

Sync Calendar with Thunderbird
Here is a quick cheat sheet I wrote for our users, it should give you a fair idea of how to setup Thunderbird.
It does not explain all the possible features and combinations.
You will notice that you set up two Calendars, One for Calendar and one for Tasks, this is due to the way Zimbra stores entries for these features.

Setup
To operate with the a Zimbra Calendar Server you will need to add two add-ons, and configure 3 services.
Required add-ons
Lightning – for calendaring and tasks
Zindus – for GAL and contact sync
Services to add
Zimbra Personal Calendar – Using Lightning
Zimbra Tasks Calendar – Using Lightning
Zimbra Global Address List and contacts – Using Zindus
To add lightning
Open Thunderbird
Select the menu Tools>Add-ons
Select Get Add-ons
In the Search box, type “LightningÂâ€
Select Install for Lightning 1.4 (or later)
Restart Thunderbird
To add the Zimbra Calendar
Select the menu Events and Tasks>Calendar
Select the menu File>New>Calendar
Select the button for On the Network
Select Next
Under the section Format: Select the button for CalDAV
In the Location field enter:-
zimbraserver.domain/dav/email@domain/Calendar
Note">http://zimbraserver.domain/dav/email@domain/Calendar
Note: replace email@domain with your email address
Select Next
Give a name to your calendar. One that makes sense to you, eg Office, Zimbra, Work etc
Chose a color for the calendar entries
Ensure the “Show Reminders†is checked
Select your normal email address in the “E-Mail†box
Select Next
Select Finish
When/If requested to authenticate, use your email address and password
To add Zimbra Tasks
Select the menu Events and Tasks>Calendar
Select the menu File>New>Calendar
Select the button for On the Network
Select Next
Under the section Format: Select the button for CalDAV
In the Location field enter:-
zimbraserver.domain/dav/email@domain/Tasks
Note">http://zimbraserver.domain/dav/email@domain/Tasks
Note: replace email@domain with your email address
Select Next
Give a name to your Task calendar. One that makes sense to you, eg Tasks, Todo etc
Chose a color for the Task entries
Ensure the “Show Reminders†is checked
Select your normal email address in the “E-Mail†box
Select Next
Select Finish
When/If requested to authenticate, use your email address and password that you configured earlier.
To add the Zindus add-on
Open Thunderbird
Select menu Tools>Add-ons
Select Get Add-ons
In the Search box, type “zindusÂâ€
Select Install for Zindus 0.8.38 (or later)
Restart Thunderbird
To add the Zimbra Address book (GAL)
Select the menu Tools>Zindus
In the Zindus Configuration Settings box
Select Add
In the Sync With section, select Zimbra
In the Login Details section
Server URL: http://zimbraserver.domain
Email Address: youremail@domain
Password : your password
Click on Test connection. You should get a successful login message returned.
For the Global Address List (GAL):
Select Yes
Select OK
In the settings box
Select Sync Now
Once the Sync has completed, Select OK
It does not explain all the possible features and combinations.
