No, Resolved/Fixed just means that engineering have submitted a fix to revision control. QA then need to confirm it is fixed - which will cause a transition to Verified/Fixed. Then after that, we need to release a new version - which will probably be 8.5. There won't be a notification of that in Bugzilla - will need to look out for an announcement of that.
