Need help....downloaded and installed Zimbra Desktop last night and love it. The folder synch helps as that is my biggest problem with outlook versus my webmail accounts.
Via my home business, I have Zimbra mail via Homestead but cannot get it connect. Am I doing something wrong?
Should I use the pop setting as I was using the zimbra option....
Please help!!!
Thanks in advance...

I don't mean to sound dumb but what info do I input as in pop and smtp server info? Why IMAP over pop?
Thanks in advance, I really appreciate this.

First of all you need to make sure that your service provide has enabled POP or IMAP access. If they do, you need to ask for access information.
IMAP supports folders and can do two-way sync. POP is one-way download of new mail.
