Cannot empty trash

Hi,

this is the error that shows up:
A network service error has occurred. msg: system failure: deleting contents for folder 3

code: service.FAILURE

method: FolderActionRequest

detail: soap:Receiver

trace: btpool0-6:1221719167467:023ef868888a21ae
How can I solve this? I'm using Zimbra desktop 0.90 build 1278 against a Zimbra server as stated in my profile.

Could you find the corresponding error in /log/mailbox.log? That will give us more information.

There's no error in the log you included. Are you sure this is the section from the time when you saw the error?

I open up zimbra desktop this morning and I have a new daily log file, I attach it. There are 4 accounts registered, one is failing on pop3 authentication but is not the zimbra one (luca@pmiservice.biz).

I don't see the issue you mentioned from the log. Are you sure this log covers the exact time period when you saw the error pop-up?
But I do see you have POP issue with your pop account. We'll look into that.
