What's the question here? The notification says that filesystem is over the threshold.

Reduce usage or grow the filesystem?

How to resolve disk space consumption is up to you. The easiest approach is probably to add new storage. You may want use something like du to determine whether there is anything unexpected taking space on the disk. You also definitely need to upgrade if you are running ZCS 8.0.1 - there are serious security vulnerabilities and an openldap bug that can result in corruption (i.e. complete loss) of the ldap database. In fact, if the disk usage is unexpected, it may be a result of a compromised server.

If you are truly running ZCS 8.0.1, you need to upgrade to a current release before your server is hacked, and all your accounts stolen, if this hasn't already been done. I also strongly advise doing an immediate backup of your ldap server via /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapcat, as the openldap version in 8.0.0 through 8.0.2 can suffer from spontaneous corruption. You're also vulnerable to heartbleed, poodle, and numerous other security issues.
